Ingredients
  Grated white pumpkin 18 Ounce (Lauki, 3 Teacups)
  Jowar flour 5 Tablespoon (Coarse Flour)
  Green chili 1 , chopped
  Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Soda bicarbonate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
For topping
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Tomato ketchup/Sweet and sour sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Squeeze out a little water from the pumpkin. Add the flour, green chilli, coriander, soda bi-carb, sugar and salt and mix well.
2. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake in a hot oven at 225° C for 15 minutes. Top with the tomato, onion and ketchup or sweet and sour sauce.
