Spicy Pumpkin Pones

Ingredients
  Cornmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned pumpkin 15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
Directions

Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Drop mixture by level tablespoonfuls onto a griddle or electric skillet that has been coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
