Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Ingredients
  Applesauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry butter buds mix 4 Ounce (1 Packet, Undiluted)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/2 Cup Sugar + 6 Packets Sweet 'N Low)
  Egg beater 1
  Canned pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lite salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grape nut cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar/Sugar substitute cinnamon-sugar blend 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray 2 cookie sheets with a non-fat cooking spray.
In a large bowl blend applesauce, dry Butter Buds, sugar, Egg Beater, and pumpkin.
Add flour, baking soda, spices, and lite salt.
Mix well and stir in Grape-Nuts.
Chill dough 30 minutes.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
Topping: Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Removecookiesto wire racks to cool.
While still warm, sprinkle with topping.
