Pumpkin Raisin Drops

|Canned pumpkin||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pumpkin pie spice||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Nonstick spray coating||1|
In a medium mixing bowl stir together egg, pumpkin, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla.
In a small mixing bowl stir together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture.
Stir in raisins.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray coating.
Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto the cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350° oven for 12 to 14 minutes or till done.
Cool on a wire rack.
