Pumpkin Oambal

This Pumpkin Oambal tastes incredible ! Try this irresistible sweet sour chutney from the Naga cuisine with breads and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Pumpkin 500 Gram, boiled and mashed
  Tamarind water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated jaggery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), dissolved
  Bay leaf 1
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Teaspoon
  Dry slit red chillies 2
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mustard oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Mix the pumpkins with tamarind water.
Fry the mustard seeds in hot oil till they start sizzling.
Add chillies, bay leaf and raisins and stir for few minutes.
Add the pumpkin tamarind mixture and cook for a couple of minutes.
Now add the jaggery mixture and boil at a low flame for a couple of minutes.
After removing from the fire add the lime juice and mix well.
