|Cooked vegetable stew||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Garam masala||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato ketchup||2 Teaspoon|
|Bread slices||2 , bread soaked in water with water squeezed out|
Peel the whole pumpkin, cut the top off, and reserve it for the lid.
Scoop out the pulp and remove the seeds.
Chop the pulp and mix with the vegetable stew.
Mix in with the rest of the ingredients.
Stuff the pumpkin with the stew and put back the lid on the pumpkin.
Apply salt to the outer side of the pumpkin.
Place the pumpkin in a baking dish covered with foil.
Place the dish in another dish with hot water in it and bake for 1 1/2 hrs until the pumpkin is tender, but do not let the pumpkin flop.
