Ingredients
  Black eyed peas 2 Pound
  Ham hocks 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
Directions

In a 5-quart casserole dish, cover peas with water and soak overnight.
Add additional 5 cups water, ham hocks and salt.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 15 MINUTES on HIGH, then 150 MINUTES on '5' (one 90 MINUTE period, one 60 MINUTE period).
