Black Eyed Pea Dip
|Frozen black eyed peas||16 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Diced sweet red pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Oil free italian dressing||3 Tablespoon (Commercial)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Hot sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.
Combine peas and remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Serve with pita chips.
