Ingredients
  Frozen black eyed peas 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Diced sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Oil free italian dressing 3 Tablespoon (Commercial)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.
Combine peas and remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Serve with pita chips.
