|Frozen black eyed peas||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Beef flavored bouillon granules||1 Teaspoon|
|Bacon bits||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour or until peas are tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve with a slotted spoon.
