Cheddar Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
  Grated cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pimento stuffed green olives 48 Small
Directions

Blend cheese-with butter.
Add flour, salt, and paprika; mix well.
Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive to cover.
At this point you can refrigerate or freeze puffs for up to 10 days.
Bake puffs at 400°F for 15 minutes.
