|Puff pastry dough||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple slice||8 (Drained)|
|Cream pie filling||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Maraschino cherries||1 Tablespoon|
Roll puff paste to 1/8 inch thickness.
Cut into rounds the size of pineapple slices, place on cookie sheet and chill thoroughly.
Bake in very hot oven (450Â° F.) 10 to 15 minutes.
Place 2 rounds together with cream pie filling between, place pine apple slice on top and garnish with a cherry.
