Cream Puffs is simply one of the best pastries I have come across. These are easy to make and anyone with a liking for good pastries will fall in love with it! Try this Cream Puffs recipe and you will understand why.
Ingredients
  Swift'ning make your own mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2
Directions

Add Mix to boiling water in a sauce pan.
Stir over low heat about 1 minute until dough is smooth, follows the spoon, and forms in a ball.
Remove from heat immediately.
Add eggs one at a time, stirring and beating until mixture is blended.
Beat vigorously.
Drop by spoonfuls on baking sheet.
Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
Then reduce heat and bake in a moderate oven, 20 minutes more.
Let stand in warm oven (with door open), about 10 minutes to dry out.
Baking temperature: At 450° F.
Bake: 15 minutes.
Baking temperature: At 350° F.
Bake: 20 minutes.
