Potato Bacon Puff

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 4 , well beaten
  Grated onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 3 Drop
  Instant mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Hot)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bacon slices 12 , fried until crisp, drained and crumbled
  Snipped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg whites 4
Directions

Using an electric mixer, beat butter, egg yolks, onion, dry mustard, pepper, and Tabasco into potatoes.
Blend in cheese, bacon, and parsley.
Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry, peaks are formed.
Gently fold into potato mixture until thoroughly blended.
Turn into a 1-quart souffle dish or straight-sided casserole.
Bake at 325°F about 50 minutes.
