Rye Party Puffs

Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (About 1 Stick)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rye flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
  Caraway seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Corned beef 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Bring the water and butter to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the flours, parsley flakes, garlic powder and salt all at once; stir until a smooth ball forms.
Remove from heat.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Beat in the eggs 1 at a time.
Beat until smooth.
Drop by rounded teaspoon fuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets.
Sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Bake for 18 to 20 min utes or until golden.
Remove to wire racks.
Cut a slit in each puff immediately to allow steam to escape; let cool.
Split the puffs and fill with Corned Beef Filling.
Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
