Baked Puff Sandwiches
|Canned pork luncheon meat||12 Ounce|
|Bottled sandwich spread||2 Tablespoon|
|Slightly dry bread||8 , buttered and crusts removed|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, grated|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Break up meat with fork; mix with sandwich spread; spread between bread slices to make four sandwiches; halve diagonally; arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish, 11x7x2.
Beat eggs slightly in small bowl; blend in milk, onion and mustard; spoon over sandwiches; chill for at least 1 hour.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) about 45 minutes, or until top is puffed and golden; serve at once.
