Baked Puff Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Canned pork luncheon meat 12 Ounce
  Bottled sandwich spread 2 Tablespoon
  Slightly dry bread 8 , buttered and crusts removed
  Eggs 3
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Break up meat with fork; mix with sandwich spread; spread between bread slices to make four sandwiches; halve diagonally; arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish, 11x7x2.
Beat eggs slightly in small bowl; blend in milk, onion and mustard; spoon over sandwiches; chill for at least 1 hour.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) about 45 minutes, or until top is puffed and golden; serve at once.
