This brilliant Potato Puff Topping recipe should not be missed. I use the Potato Puff Topping my potato Pan Burger. It is simply one of my favorite fillings. Try the Potato Puff Topping!
Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , unbeaten
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Bring water, butter and salt to a boil; remove from heat.
Add milk and instant potatoes; whip with a fork.
Add eggs, beating well after each, flour and baking powder; beat well
