Cream Puffs With Fruit And Whipped Cream
|Heavy whipping cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cream puff shells||12 Large|
|Mandarin oranges||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Combine cream and sugar and whip until soft peaks form(The metal blade does not whip air into cream well; use a mixer or whisk for greatest volume.)
Cut tops off cream puff shells and fill with the whipped-cream mixture.
Garnish with mandarin oranges and chopped nuts.
