Cheese And Chive Puffs

These peppy cheese and chives puffs are simply and easily prepared with grated cheese and chopped chives mixed with a pastry dough. Made with flour, eggs and butter, the cheese and chive puffs are baked and can be served with tea or as snacks. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Butter 125 Gram
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Chives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Place butter and water in a large bowl.
Cover and cook for 7-10 minutes on HIGH or until mixture boils.
Add flour and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add cheese and chives; mix well.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Spoon or pipe mixture onto a lightly greased pizza tray.
Bake for 20-24 minutes on convection 200°C.
