Hot Cheese Puff
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Plain flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Heat butter and water together, covered, for 6 minutes on HIGH.
Stir in flour.
Cook for 2 minutes on HIGH.
While beating with an electric mixer, gradually add eggs, one at a time.
Preheat oven to 200Â°C.
Spread half the choux pastry over base of a greased 25cm springform tin.
Sprinkle with three-quarters of cheese.
Top with remaining choux pastry and top with remaining cheese.
Place on Low Rack and cook for 40-45 minutes on CONVECTION 200Â°G
