Hot Cheese Puff

The hot cheese puffs are made with a filling of gruyere cheese in choux pastry. Prepared in with butter, eggs and flour, the pastry is filled with cheese and coverd with another layer and sprinkled with cheese again for baking and can be served as snacks with tea. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Choux pastry  
  Butter 250 Gram
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Plain flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 8
Directions

Heat butter and water together, covered, for 6 minutes on HIGH.
Stir in flour.
Cook for 2 minutes on HIGH.
While beating with an electric mixer, gradually add eggs, one at a time.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Spread half the choux pastry over base of a greased 25cm springform tin.
Sprinkle with three-quarters of cheese.
Top with remaining choux pastry and top with remaining cheese.
Place on Low Rack and cook for 40-45 minutes on CONVECTION 200°G

are these puffs best served hot? I was asked to make a substantial amount for a shower problem is the venue where shower is being held has no kitchen facilities.
