Peach-Orange Fluff in Cream Puffs
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
|Peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs), sweetened|
|Cream puffs||6 , tops removed|
Combine eggs and sugar.
Blend in juices.
Cook over hot, not boiling, water till thick, stirring constantly.
Fold in whipped cream.
Place peaches in puffs; cover with half of orange custard.
Put tops on puffs; pour remaining custard over.
Garnish with additional peach slices, if you like.
