Egg And Cheddar Puffs

|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 0.25 inch cubes|
Combine eggs with dry ingredients; add onion and cheese.
Drop from spoon into hot shorten ing forming 3 inch patties.
Brown slowly over low heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
