Bacon Barley Puffs

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 6 , halved and uncooked
  Barley 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

Line oiled muffin tps with half-slices of bacon.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Fill pans 2/3 full of mixture.
Bake at 400° F. for 20 minutes.
