Savoury Cheese Puffs
|Cooking cheese||225 Gram|
|Chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1. Grate the cheese.
2. Beat the egg-white stiffly.
3. Add the grated cheese, chilli sauce and salt to the egg-white.
4. Apply this mixture on the bread fingers.
5. Chill for 1 to 2 hours.
6. Bake in a hot oven at 400Â°F. for 15 minutes or until the cheese is puffy and lightly browned. Serve hot.
