Tuna Cheese Puff
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground thyme||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Evaporated milk||8 Ounce, can|
|Eggs||5 , separated|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Tuna||1 Ounce, can|
|Sesame seed||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine flour, salt, pepper, thyme and cheese in medium mixing bowl.
Stir in evaporated milk, slightly beaten egg yolks and lemon juice.
Add undrained tuna, flaking with fork and mixing until blended.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Fold into tuna mixture lightly.
Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle sesame seed over top.
Bake for 1 hour.
Serve immediately with lemon butter.
