Potato Puffs

Ingredients
  Mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Hot fat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix first 7 ingredients, and beat well until light.
Shape into balls, and chill well.
Fry in deep hot fat until golden brown.
Serve at once.
