|Day old bread slices||8|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Remove crusts from bread.
Arrange 4 slices in greased shallow baking dish.
Add cheese; cover with remaining bread.
Beat eggs; add milk, onion and seasonings.Pour into dish, and refrigerate about 1/2 hour.
Bake at 325°F. about 45 minutes or until puffed and golden brown on top.Serve immediately
