Berry Breakfast Puff
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Icing sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Berries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Yogurt/Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
In bowl, whisk eggs with flour; gradually whisk in milk.
Whisk in granulated sugar and vanilla.
Pour into greased 8-inch (20 cm) skillet; bake in 425Ã‚Â°F (220Ã‚Â°C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Dust with icing sugar; mound berries in center.
Serve immediately with yogurt.
