Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tuna 1 Can (10 oz)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
  Chopped sweet pickle 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine butter with 1 cup boiling water.
Add flour and salt all at once; stir rapidly.
Cook, stirring, until mixture leaves side of pan and forms ball.
Cool slightly; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325 degrees; bake for 25 minutes longer.
Cool; cut in half horizontally.
Combine tuna, mayonnaise and pickle; fill puffs.
Place halves together.
