Yellow Crookneck Squash Puff
|Yellow crookneck squash||2 Pound|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Slice squash; cook in small amount of water until tender.
Mix all ingredients except egg whites; fold in beaten egg whites lightly.
Turn into baking dish; set dish in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
