|Instant mashed potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped pimento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Cream style cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemony.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Combine potatoes with pimento, onions, salt, garlic, cottage cheese, sour cream and beaten egg yolks; mix well.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into greased 2 1/2-quart cas- serole; dot with butter.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
