Ingredients
  Haddock 7 Pound
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut haddock into bite-sized pieces.
Combine egg with milk; stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Dip haddock into batter.
Fry in 350-degree deep fat until golden brown.
