|Carrots||3 Cup (48 tbs), scraped and sliced|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Light brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Dash|
1)Preheat the oven at 350°. MAKING
2)Spoon tenderly cooked carrots into a container of electric blender adding butter in it.
3)Blend it till the mixture is smooth.
4)In the mixture add some milk, egg, brown sugar, ground nutmeg and pepper.
5)Lightly grease the casserole and bake the mixture at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
6)Serve this delectable carrot puff as a snack dish.
