Crab Puffs

Ingredients
  Crab/1/2 pound fresh 6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely minced green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Finely minced celery 2 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baked miniature cream puff shells 24 , halved
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a 1 quart bowl and mix together olives, crab, green pepper, onion, Tabasco sauce, mayonnaise and celery to form the filling
2) Fill the shells with the mixture and place on paper plate. Microwave (high), uncovered, for about 1 1 1/2 - 2 minutes for each batch of 12 shells.

SERVING
3) Place on a platter and serve immediately.
