Cream Puffs With Vanilla Cream Filling

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All-purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Cream filling 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 3 , beaten
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, add butter to 1/2 cup water and heat until butter melts.
2)Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until ball forms in center of pan.
3)Remove from heat and leave it for 5 minutes.
4)Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5)Take a greased cookie sheet and drop spoonsful of batter on it.
6)Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until beads of moisture on puffs disappear.
7)Cool and split.
8)To make the cream filling, on top of double boiler, add first 4 ingredients and add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
9)Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
10)Remove from heat, then add butter and vanilla.
11)Fill puffs with cream Filling.

SERVING
12)Cream puffs with vanilla cream is ready to serve.
