Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Using an electric beater, whip the eggs in a bowl
2) Add the milk, flour and salt and continue to beat till well blended, scraping down the sides of the bowl
3) Ensure the batter is smooth
4) Grease 8 small cups with beef drippings
5) Portion the batter into the cups about 1/3 cup full
6) Place the cups into a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 400 F till puffed up and the color is golden

SERVING
7) Serve hot
