|Canned clams||6 1⁄2 Ounce, minced and drained (1 Can)|
|Whipping cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese with chives||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Unsalted butter||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Thin french bread slices||24|
1. In a small bowl mix clams, whipping cream, cream cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and onion.
2. Spread butter thinly over bread slices and spread with clam mixture.
3. Sprinkle lightly with paprika and broil until puffy and hot.
4. Serve immediately.
Clam spread can be made at least 1 day in advance, refrigerated, brought to room temperature and used.
