Butterscotch Cream Puffs

Butterscotch cream puffs are one of kids favorite snack. This is a snack that a kids cannot resist. Filled with yummy cream, it just melts in your mouth. And it is not very difficult to make also. Try this recipe once.
Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All-purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, add butter to water. Bring to a boil.
2)Add flour and salt.
3)Cook until mixture leaves side of pan. Stir vigorously.
4)Remove from heat and cool for a minute.
5)Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
6)Take a greased baking sheet and drop spoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
7)Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
8)Decrease heat to 400 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
9)To make butterscotch cream filling, in a saucepan, add all the ingredients.
10) Bring it to a boil and then simmer for 3 minutes. Keep stirring.
11)Cool cream puffs and then split and fill with cream filling.

SERVING
12)Top butterscotch cream puffs with sauce and serve.
