|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Semi- sweet chocolate chocolate chips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (semisweet)|
|Nuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
Combine egg whites with salt and beat until soft peaks form; add sugar gradually.
Beat until stiff peaks form; blend in vanilla and vinegar.
Melt chocolate chips over hot water; fold chocolate and nuts into egg whites.
Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes.
Yield: 24 cookies.
