Cheese Puffs

Love the gooey cheesy feel every bite offers me. This cheese puffs is a wonderful cheesy delight that I fall in love with a little more every time.
Ingredients
  Cheddar cheese 1 Pound
  Swiss cheese 1 Pound
  Garlic clove 1 Small
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beer 1 Can (10 oz)
  Toast triangles/Toast rounds 10
Directions

MAKING
1. Using a blender or with whisk blend-cheeses thoroughly.
2. In a bowl combine cheeses, garlic, mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce with beer and mix well.
3. Spread on toast and brown lightly under broiler.

SERVING
4. Serve hot.
