Lobster Puffs

Ingredients
  Canned lobster meat 10 Ounce, flaked (2 Cans, 5 Ounce Each)
  Finely chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), parboiled
  French dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Cream puffs 3 Dozen (Small)
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix lobster, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green pepper and French dressing.
2) Season to taste.
3) Fill cream puffs with this mixture.

SERVING
4) Sprinkle with paprika, before serving.
