|Cooked pumpkin/Canned pumpkin||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
1. Into a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together.
2. Whisk the pumpkin and eggs and stir into the flour mixture.
3. In a high sided pan heat enough oil to come 1/3 of the way up.
4. Dropping teaspoons of batter in fry until golden.
5. Drain and sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon.
