Ingredients
  Eclairs 12 Small (2 Inch Long)
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , grated
  Anchovy paste 2 Tablespoon
  Capers 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, add the grated eggs, anchovy paste and capers. Combine well.

MAKING
2) Open up the eclairs and stuff with the anchovy mixture.

SERVING
3) Serve as an appetizer with your choice of beverage.
