Hot Sausage And Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
  Italian sausage 1⁄4 Pound (Casings Removed)
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Pound, grated
  Buttermilk baking mix 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Saute sausage in medium skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up with fork until browned and finely crumbled, about 7 to 10 minutes.
Drain off excess fat.
Transfer sausage to medium bowl and let cool slightly.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Form into 1 inch balls.
Arrange on baking sheet.
Bake until cheese is melted and puffs are lightly golden, about 10 to 12 minutes.
