Farina Puffs

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Uncooked farina 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolk 1 , well beaten
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Powdered nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Boiling water/Soup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Soften the butter or margarine and cream it.
2. Mix the farina with the baking powder and work into the butter or margarine. Add the egg yolk, salt and nutmeg.
3. Drop by 1/4 teaspoonfuls into simmering water or soup. Cook about 10 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon or a wire whisk if cooked in water. The puffs will double or triple in size.
