Ingredients
  Vol au vent cases 6
  Lettuce 1⁄2
  Thin ham slices 4 , minced
  Cucumber piece 4 , with salt, left a while then drained
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon, moistened with vinegar or lemon juice
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Radishes 2 , tulip cut (For Garnish)
Directions

Line cases with tiny lettuce leaves.
Mix remaining ingredients together with the gherkins and radishes, if used.
Place mixture into cases and garnish each with tulip-cut radishes.
