|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.
2. Combine water and butter in medium saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until butter melts. Add flour and salt, all at once, stirring vigorously. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a ball that does not separate. Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition until mixture is smooth.
3. Drop heaping tablespoons of batter into 6 mounds, 3 inches apart, onto prepared baking sheet. Bake about 35 minutes or until golden brown and puffy. Cool slightly. Carefully cut off tops and remove soft dough inside. Let puffs cool completely on wire rack.
