|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Drop|
|Crackers/Canape wafers||24 (Use More Quantity, If Needed)|
1. Beat the egg white stiff, fold it into the mayonnaise, add the Worcestershire sauce.
2. Light the broiler and have ready a cooky sheet or shallow pan.
3. Lay the crackers or wafers in the pan. Drop a spoonful of the mayonnaise mixture onto each. Set the pan on the broiler rack and broil 1 or 2 minutes, or until the topping is puffed.
