Cream Puffs

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
  Confectioners sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chocolate syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F.
In a saucepan, melt butter.
Add water; bring to a boil.
In a bowl, stir together flour and salt.
Add to water all at once; stir vigorously.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a ball and leaves side of pan.
Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
Bake 30 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
Remove from oven; split.
Remove any uncooked dough.
Fill with ice cream or whipped cream.
Dust with confectioners' sugar.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
