Mustard Flavored Cheese Puffs
|Grated cheese||1 Pound (4 Cups, 500 Gram, Use Tasty Cheese)|
|Fresh breadcrumbs||3 Ounce (1 Cup, 90 Gram)|
|Eggs||4 , separated|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Extra Required)|
|Frying oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1. Combine cheese, breadcrumbs, egg yolks, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper (a). Mix well.
2. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold into the cheese mixture (b).
3. Shape mixture into small, walnut sized, balls. Roll in extra breadcrumbs (c).
4. Deep fry, a few at a time (d), until golden brown, about 30 seconds.
