Mustard Flavored Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
  Grated cheese 1 Pound (4 Cups, 500 Gram, Use Tasty Cheese)
  Fresh breadcrumbs 3 Ounce (1 Cup, 90 Gram)
  Eggs 4 , separated
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Extra Required)
  Frying oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Combine cheese, breadcrumbs, egg yolks, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper (a). Mix well.
2. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold into the cheese mixture (b).
3. Shape mixture into small, walnut sized, balls. Roll in extra breadcrumbs (c).
4. Deep fry, a few at a time (d), until golden brown, about 30 seconds.
