|Cinnamon||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Packaged biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Applesauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and reserve.
Combine the biscuit mix and remaining sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Add the applesauce, milk, egg and salad oil and beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.
Cool slightly and remove from pan.
Dip tops of muffins in melted butter, then in reserved sugar mixture.
